Technologically Advanced Society In Its Environment

Humans are represented by technology. All of the colors of everything the humans do. They’re represented by big buildings and big machines. They are industry and technology. Technology can be most broadly defined as the entities, both material and immaterial, created by the application of mental and physical effort in order to achieve some value. In this usage, technology refers to tools and machines that may be used to solve real-world problems.

Specifically, I want to ask the question: is it even possible for a technologically advanced society to “remain in harmony with the environment” ?

Technology has affected society and its surroundings in a number of ways. In many societies, technology has helped develop more advanced economies (including today's global economy) and has allowed the rise of a leisure class.

Technology is a very wide concept which is developing day by day and making the life simpler and easier. Invent of technology has made life easier and simpler and as a result of not having to do all hard labor.

But there are some machines which cause high pollution and leads to the global warming. The release of unwanted chemical products in the air and water leads to severe problems to human and the living creatures. The unbearable noise coming from the machines affects the society. On the other side the invention of technology also lead to develop harmful weapons which causes harm to the society and environment.

The rise of technologically more advanced societies contributed directly to the decline of those less advanced.  For when horticultural societies appeared, the chances for survival of neighboring hunting and gathering societies were substantially reduced unless they too adopted the new technology.

Technologically advanced societies enjoy a great advantage in intersocietal competition and are therefore more likely to transmit their social and cultural characteristics to future generations, the nature of the world system has been increasingly shaped by the process of technological advance and increasingly reflects the characteristics of technological advanced societies.

The less advanced societies lacked both the numbers and the weapons needed to defend themselves against the more advanced societies that coveted their territories and other resources.

Technology has steadily increased and now we can't imagine our life without technological machines or tools. We expect to have a developed world with advanced technologies which is helpful for individuals and makes a peaceful environment. We expect to have a peaceful environment with no pollution and which does not affect the environment.
